You can watch videos without registering. For visitors without an account we only process the IP address and basic browser data, for security and abuse prevention.

We store your email, username and a hashed version of your password, plus your favourites, history, playlists and comments. We use them only to provide the service.

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, age confirmation, language and theme). Details are on the Cookies page.

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no individual profiles. It only starts after you confirm you are an adult.

Ad networks and embedded third-party players may collect technical data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We do not sell your data. It is processed by essential infrastructure providers (hosting and network on Cloudflare) and disclosed to authorities when required by law.

We keep data while you have an active account or as needed for security. Under applicable data protection regulations (including Colombian Statutory Law 1581 and the GDPR), you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@colombiansonly.com.

The site is for people over 18 only and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor gave us data, write to contact@colombiansonly.com and we will delete it immediately.
