DMCA — Copyright Infringement Notice

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, DMCA) and applicable intellectual property laws. Responses include disabling, deindexing or removing access to the embedded material or link.

Our standard initial response and processing time for valid DMCA notices is 24 to 48 business hours.

Write to our designated agent at dmca@colombiansonly.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the exact URL(s) of the material on ColombiansOnly; (3) your contact details (full name, physical address, phone and email); (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

If you appear in intimate imagery that has been published or shared without your explicit consent (revenge pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, unauthorized recordings or impersonation), you do NOT need to hold copyright to request removal.

We treat these situations with emergency priority under an expedited takedown protocol (12 to 24 hours). Write directly to dmca@colombiansonly.com providing the exact URL and reasonable identification proving you are the depicted individual. We will immediately disable and permanently block the content.

We will notify whoever posted or provided the material so they can submit a formal counter-notification under the DMCA. If a valid one is filed, we may restore the material unless the rights holder initiates legal action.

We may terminate or permanently suspend the accounts of repeat infringers.
