18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance and Performer Age Statement

ColombiansOnly is not a primary or secondary producer of any audiovisual depiction or image displayed on the site. ColombiansOnly functions strictly as an indexer, directory and embedded player of content hosted by independent third-party platforms.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, ColombiansOnly is exempt from direct performer record-keeping requirements as an indexer and secondary distributor. All original records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the original primary producers and origin hosting platforms.

We strictly require that all performers depicted in any linked or embedded material were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. Any party providing content affirms under their sole responsibility that all depicted individuals were over 18 and that they maintain the documentation establishing proof of age.

We review content prior to publishing and immediately remove any material whose age or consent raises reasonable doubt. We maintain zero tolerance for any content depicting or suggesting the depiction of minors.
